Would you like to return your Botanical Affairs products?

Botanical Affairs offers a 14-day return policy, no questions asked. We accept returns of products that are in perfect, resalable condition (i.e., in undamaged, unused original packaging with protective seal) within 14 days of delivery of the original order.

Botanical Affairs cannot and will not be responsible for allergic reactions or products that a customer cannot tolerate. Please thoroughly research the products and their ingredients and consult with your doctor before purchasing, breaking the seal, and using them.

If you decide to cancel your order or return an item, please send an email to hello@bff-cosmetics.com and include your order number in the subject line of the email.

Once our receiving department has verified the seals of the returned items, you will receive a refund via your original payment method.

How can I return my products?

  1. Pack the unopened items in a shipping box
  2. Enter your personal data in our returns portal and print out our shipping labels. In the printed document you will also find precise instructions on what to do
  3. Attach the DHL returns label to the shipping box so that it is clearly visible
  4. Bring the package to a DHL Packstation or branch near you. Of course, we take care of the postage for the shipment!
  5. After our incoming goods department has checked the seals on the returned items, you will receive a credit from us for the original purchase price.
